We acknowledge the findings of our most recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, which identified areas requiring improvement. In particular, the inspection highlighted the need for enhancements in both our Safe and Well-led domains.


Since receiving the report, we have taken immediate steps to address these concerns:

  1. Registered Manager Change
    We have appointed a new Registered Manager with extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. This transition was implemented promptly to provide strong leadership and ensure that the service continues to improve and maintain best practices.
  2. Upgraded Software Package
    Acting on the recommendation of our local council authority, we upgraded to a superior care management software solution. This new system offers enhanced record-keeping, robust reporting features, and clearer oversight of both staffing and service-user needs. Implementation occurred swiftly and has already begun to streamline our processes, providing greater transparency and accountability.


We believe these significant improvements will directly address the issues identified by the CQC, and we look forward to demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement during our next inspection. As always, we remain dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to every individual who relies on our service.
