We find them most courteous, dedicated and willing, who treat her with lots of respect and deference, allowing her to have a most dignified way of life. All are very cheerful in our company and we both are very happy when they attend here.
They all show intelligence, a caring, polite and charming attitude who are always very diligent in their duties to provide preferential care for her. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them and they make a great team when a pair of them visit us. They all get on very well together too with an excellent working relationship.

I just wanted to thank your team for the loving care they gave to my husband, during the two weeks he was at home for end of life care.
Every one of them was caring, gentle, concerned, and both professional and personal; even when he was unresponsive they always talked to him while gentling dealing with him, talking him through what they were doing. They are obviously well trained.

I just wanted to thank you and your team for all the valuable and respectful care you provided to my father in his final days - and to us as a family.
I was there for most of it and at the end, and got to witness the work of your carers.
They helped not only him, but my mother and all of us.
I appreciated the way they saw us all - especially my dad - as human beings going through the worst experience.
They respected his autonomy and pain, and helped us focus on him by doing the things we would have been ill-equipped to do for him on our own.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and your team for looking after her in her final few weeks of her life. All of your carers were very professional and attentive towards her needs.
He very quickly became integrated into our family and gained our trust from day one. The way he looked after her was exemplary and I cannot speak too highly of him, he was even there with her and the family at the end, for which we are eternally grateful.

As dad's health began to deteriorate we became increasingly reliant on help from agencies like yours. We experienced some quite different levels of care and help in the final 6 months. Every interaction we had with you and your team, however, was exceptional.
There are many days, sometimes more than once a day, where some of the tasks you were faced with were extremely unpleasant and quite challenging to remedy.
Your staff could not have done a better job, and we could not have wished for a better team of individuals to make dad's final few weeks as comfortable as you did.
Every time your staff arrived they had a smile on their face, and they simply got on delivering what you had promised. That probably sounds like nothing, but our experience with other companies sadly fell far short of this.
No task was too much.
The end was inevitable, but each carer we met simply arrived, smiled, did what needed to be done, asked if there was anything else they could help with, and then left.
The same approach was replicated 4 times a day.
All this was done whilst maintaining absolute respect towards dad and my Mum, for which we as a family are immensely grateful.
On behalf of all our family, in particular my Mum, would you kindly pass on our heartfelt thanks to everyone that helped dad in the final stages of his life.

We cannot thank you enough for the fantastic care you have given to us. You have all helped to keep him so incredibly well and the dedicated encouraging support you have given him with regards to his mobility is truly quite remarkable and he can now walk because of this.
